Delivery
- ALL orders are tracked and signed.
- All deliveries are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 1 - 2 day service.
-All orders aim to dispatch by next working day.
- Order placed after 11:30pm UK time Monday-Friday will be dispatched in the day after.
- Delivery may take longer if affected by public holidays or circumstances outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions.
Royal Mail Local Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout - the price will depend on the method chosen, location, order value and if your order contains batteries.
- We use RoyalMail, Parcelforce or UPS
- If you have any question with the shipping cost in your area, please contact us or use the web chat below to let us know.
International Delivery
- If delivery is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
- Provided that we contact you, we are not liable for delays caused by the event.
- If there is risk of a delay of more than 30 days, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
- Please allow 14 days from the date of placing your order before reporting your order as undelivered — if we are unable to supply your products at that time, we will contact you to let you know and provide a revised delivery date, and you may cancel your order and request a refund if preferred.
Our Promise
- A product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver it to the address you have provided.
- Please inspect your products upon delivery and promptly report any problems with your products to our Customer Service Team .
- You own a product once we have received payment in full.
When You Become Responsible For & Own The Products
- All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail’s Track and Trace delivery service or equivalent.
- We’ll email you once your order is dispatched so you can check your order status, or you may track your order here.
