We ship our orders from United Kingdom.​

 

Please note:

Depending on where your order ships from and your location, customs delays may occur. Please note that we have no power over that and our Customer Care team cannot contact customs. If your package is in customs, please allow some time for it to be released. 

Your order may ship in multiple packages.

Where does Basavior Gaming ship from?

Shipping costs are always shown on the website, before submitting your order. They depend on different factors:

  • Your location.

  • The production time selected.

  • How many items are being purchased.

  • Weight of the items.

How much do you charge for shipping?

BESAVIOR Gaming cannot ship to the following addresses:

  • PO boxes

  • British Forces Post Office (BFPO)

  • US military addresses such as APO, FPO, and DOP

  • Addresses in sanctioned countries.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military addresses?

BESAVIOR Gaming ships worldwide, to all countries, excluding:

  • Algeria

  • Anguilla

  • Armenia

  • Azerbaijan

  • Belarus

  • Brazil

  • Chile

  • Commonwealth No. Mariana Islands

What countries do you ship to?

If your package is showing as delivered, but you are unable to locate the package, please let us know immediately, so we can start an investigation with the shipping carrier:

 

  1. Contact us as soon as possible. Most shipping carriers require notification within two business days.

  2. Make sure to include your name, order number and tracking number.

Delivery Issue - What do I do if my package shows as delivered, but I can't find it?

We professionally package all controllers in boxes that are inserted into new-condition brown corrugated boxes.

If your package arrives with damage to the brown corrugated box, and that damage is impacting the quality of the internal packaging, please do the following:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible. Most shipping carriers require notification within two business days.

  2. Retain the original brown shipping box with the label. The shipping carrier might need this as part of their investigation.

  3. Include pictures of all sides of the damaged package.

 

We’ll take it from there and reach back out to you with additional information.
