What is our return policy?

Damaged Goods: If you have taken delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, please retain ALL packaging and contact our Customer Service team immediately HERE. You can return the item(s) to us within 7 working days of receipt for an exchange.

Faulty Goods: You have the right to return any faulty goods within 14 days. Please keep all warranty information that accompanied your item.

Incorrect Goods: If you discover that we’ve sent you incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service team HERE to return the incorrect items within 14 days. We will quickly replace them with the correct items.

Returning Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

You have 14 days, from the day of delivery, to return your controller to us. There is a 15% restocking fee for all custom products returned (pre-configured controllers are not subject to the restocking fee) unless a returned item is defective, in which case the restocking fee may be waived. If there is any damage or excessive wear to the item, there will be an additional charge, based on the cost of repair or replacement.

Please also be aware that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use Tracked & Signed delivery service when returning goods to us.

We can only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or were supplied in error. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

Returning Undamaged or Non-Defective Goods

The warranty does not cover excessive wear or damage to the controller, which may be determined by inspection upon return.

Examples of what would not be covered include, but are not limited to:

  • Torn or damaged power cord

  • Damage to the controller 

  • Liquid damage or food crumbs getting in or on the controller.

What is the warranty?

SEND IN SERVICE is a sales contract involving services. According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers making a distance purchase are entitled to a 14-day 'cooling off' period. However, service element such as installation and customisation service that has been fully completed cannot be reverted or refunded.

 

In the case of modification service that has been provided to your controller so that they become inseparable. We normally restore your controller by replacing a brand new internals (this can be the PCB, or any other hardwares) into your controller to make it original. 

 

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the reimbursement (or put a charge) if customers have diminished the value of the goods by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.
